For strength and longevity of the furniture, we use at least 1.2mm or 2.0mm thick commercial-quality aluminium frames.
Our aluminium is cut, bend and shaped into beautiful forms.And our aluminium frames are 100% fully welded together, not pointed welded.After fully welded, we need burnish the furniture completely in each corner and details.And then QC check the quality, we will do powder-coated furniture with tiger-brand or AkzoNobel famous powder-coated to make our furniture to resist rust and corrosion.Golden eagle weave the furniture with wintech or viro quality rattan, Every single outdoor furniture piece is exquisitely woven by hand.After weaving, we have double QC check the quality details. Then we start the assemble the furniture and package for shipping.
